need a way to hide the sidebar again. #466

Thanks for all you've done for our blogging at Engadget, I know a lot of us 
still use this tool.  But our custom CMS doesn't let ScribeFire upload to it, 
so we don't use the sidebar at all and it'd be convenient to hide it again, 
which does not appear to be possible at the moment.

The sidebar does have other useful functions now, including post templates and 
a button to open the settings dialog. I'll work on adding an option to collapse 
it for the next update.

Thanks!  I found the "full screen"(?) button that seems to do what I want to do 
so that actually should work fine.  I did notice one other thing, when I hit 
enter it puts in a paragraph break < p > instead of a line break < br / > like 
I expected it to, and when I hit "edit code html and markdown", it doesn't show 
that code for me to edit.
