What's the problem?
When I open the list of LiveJournal post the charset is corrupted - the posts
have name in Russian, but they are displayed in an incorrect way like
"Ð¥ÑÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ Ð»Ð¶Ð¸"
The same thing with the text of posts - even if I publish it via ScribeFire the
text display corrupted (and on the site - it is ok!)
