What's the problem?

Can't get image uploading to work offline on Chrome  

What browser are you using? chrome - latest version

What Operating system are you using? chromebook

What version of ScribeFire are you running? 4.3.5

What Blog Type are you having this problem with? Please include version #
if known or applicable
