Save to Publish error #855

I am using windows 7 and on every time I press the save progress button it 
automatically publish the post. Is this the error or something normal. Then 
what is the point of adding the publish button if save button does the same.

I have tried the latest version of extension on both Chrome and Firefox facing 
this in both the browsers.
