Problem when adding multiple blogs #871

What's the problem?

If you add a blog and then, you immediately try to add another one, the login 
section of the add dialog is visible, but you can't get to the URL section.

Closing snd reopening scribefire is required to get back to the URL section.

What browser are you using?

Firefox 33.0.3

What Operating system are you using

Windows 7 x64

What version of ScribeFire are you running?

Scribefire Next 4.3.1
