some demo is too old, and some demo withou readme #18

would you add a readme file for each demo? and to upgrade your demo to the newest plugin for your demo ? I don't know if my words fail to convey my meaning. I will apologize for my poor English if my words hurt you. I think you do a good job, and I think you can do better.

I do need to be more consistent with my readmes - but most of the "folders" here are meant to be used with a corresponding blog post.
