Validate button missing #12

After a certain update the validate button under the edit tab disappeared I cant find it at all and even after the latest update, the issue isn't fixed.

It is fixed. The new linter does not use the edit menu. It follows the Brackets linting standard and uses either a green (good) or yellow (bad) icon in the lower right bottom. If you see a yellow icon you can click it to open a list of issues.
