Added a submenu to update the W3C validation manually #16

This patch fix a bug when the internet connection is lost (W3C timeout).
It just triggers a save event to start the W3C check.

NOTE: I've also properly formatted the code.

Now, with good spaces (sorry for the previous one) :) !
