Add Chinese translation #17

I like this plugin，I can help with chinese localization.Is there a framework for me to realize it

Thanks a lot @zfxsquare It would be a huge improvement. The translation process is not yet ready but I've planned to do it soon I keep this ticket open when I'm ready to start the translation process. I'll start with french as a first test because it's my native language :)
