On OS X the tray icons look pixelated and the notifications pop up in the lower right corner #43

Since the last update the tray icon looks very pixelated on OS X. In addition on OS X the notifications show up in the lower right corner. It would be more OS consistent if they show up in the upper right corner.

From a OS-design perspective (I know - low prio ;-) ) it looks not as good quality as before the update. No notification of any other application looks like this one. Nothing that is critical, just wanted to mention.

Are you talking about the tray icon in the top tray? Not the dock icon, correct? From some limited testing, the top tray icon seems to look correct, but my resolution isn't super-high. If you could add a screenshot of the icon that'd be cool. I went ahead and moved the notifications to be on the top-right at least, which looks much better, thanks!

I am on a 15'' macbook pro with retina display - using standard/native resolution. All icons in the dropdown menu also look blurry/pixelated. Not as much as the server icon in the screenshot but they are also not sharp. I cannot take a screenshot of that because the menu always closes when doing the screenshot... Hope that helps.

FWIW: Preside platform commandbox commands use a custom icon and that is blurry as well. As the icons did not change and look super high-res if checking the file on disk I guess it has something to do with the new menu/tray itself. With older releases the icons have all been sharp. The file I had a look at is .../.CommandBox/lib/trayicon.png which is 600px x 600px.

Oh, and of course I meant the top tray icon - the one in the bottom dock is perfect.
