several of the graph samples in this repository need to be re-generated to reflect version 1.0 of the MRP serialization: less fine-grained time stamps and edge ‘attributes’ (instead of ‘properties’).

a good thing we have let this issue rest a little while: at this point, we should update to version 1.1. graphs (from the MRP 2020 sample) ... at least for all the 2020 frameworks.
