Part 3 of the R Markdown episode to be updated to Quarto:

[x] Insert table
[x] Customising chunk output
[x] In-line R code
[x] Plots

Let's work with branches and branch-based PRs within this repo.

@alwil and @cforgaci there were more issues with the use of a .qmd file that I hadn't expected, so I have had to convert the episode to a .Rmd file. Not ideal but still should work fine!
