Adapted the Rmarkdown episode's paragraphs mentioned in issue #2 to Quarto.

Should we merge into main or quarto-ep?

We can merge into quarto-ep and then from quarto-ep into main at the end. That would make sense as we created the other two branches from quarto-ep.

I have implemented the comments and suggestions and change the destination branch to quarto-ep. Please have a look and if OK, feel free to merge.
