doesn't tell me where to vote #1

If my location is my residence, then citygram should tell me where to vote. Should tell me were I can vote early, too. Citygram should only tell me where to vote when it's time to vote.

This will require someone who has experience with Ruby on Rails and can extend the app's source code. This is a very useful feature that should be added.

Like issue #6, we'll be able to use the polygon support for this. No Ruby coding necessary on our end.
