PetFinder API implemented #69

The PetFinder API has been implemented. This should bring the iOS app to the same level of features as the Android app.

User will need to enter their zip code in order to see listings for pets in their area.
PetFinder models were created
PTKRequestManager was updated to pull data from the PetFinder API
