We should probably try to learn what causes people to come once and disappear.

A big issue with this right now is accurately tracking who was at the meeting and who was new. Getting BrigadeHub in place will allow us to track this data and we can start following up. Would be great to find out what we can improve.

Pick the SF-UX team's brain about how they retain. SF brigade uses a check-in app that has ties to brigade hub
