Contact form on website does not work #19

Disabled the default endpoint and replaced with a static link to: https://cmiller407.typeform.com/to/jh2LKo

Not sure if that's what we want right now, but that's what we had on the previous site.

The email system on the manage page requires an email and password. Not entirely sure why it needs a password, and there's no documentation on it. It doesn't work with just an email.
