What questions does our audience have? #6

We've basically established who our target audience will be (See Issue #2), we should list out questions we think that audience will have so that we can answer them.

Bonus points if you actually go to members of that audience and solicit questions from them! :dancer: :dancer: :octopus:

@mistergone and I will be working on getting a short template of suggested questions to ask, and how to structure the audience research. I think we agreed to get that around by September 11 (or close to that date).

The questions to ask:

  1. What do you know or feel about Agile software development?
  2. I'm a ScrumMaster at the CFPB, which is a federal agency that uses Agile software design and development. We feel like we use it successfully. What would you like to know about the Agile process at the CFPB?

Basically, first we get a sense of their exposure or sentiment about Agile in general. Then we get a sense of any specific questions or concerns they might be experiencing. We're looking for their pain points.

Follow up responses that can be used to gather more information. Repeat these questions and statements as necessary during the conversation:
