Slices are boring #22

Received requests for "interesting" endpoints. I guess our slices are too boring, impractical, or don't appear useful to developers. They also assume that devs will be HMDA-aware.

Proposed fixes:

[x] Latest activity
[x] Highs and lows
[x] Local activity

I think we can figure these out already…? Why would we need a dedicated endpoint?

This functionality is already baked into things. It's just not the kind of API where information is coming in everyday. Much of the data is also categorical, not continuous. Local activity can be queried...we've got it down to census tracts...
