cf-layout adds a default max-width for a number of elements that appear under its purview. Regs3k has a full-width-text molecule mixed in with a notification for the purpose of adding this same max-width. Should we add that max-width as a default behavior for notifications here and remove the mixed in class in cfgov-refresh?
I think this is a reasonable idea. In a bordered/backgrounded box context like notifications, having the box go all the way across but the paragraph be width constrained looks a bit odd.
