Run gulp test:unit and see that coverage output includes files that should be ignored, such as gulpfile.js, capital-framework/test/unit-test-coverage/lcov-report, etc., which should be ignored in https://github.com/cfpb/capital-framework/blob/master/jest.config.js#L10
