[Bug]: Link to GitHub Profile is given twice #290

The link to github profile http://github.com/cfpb is given twice in the footer. We should keep either one of them. Please refer he screenshot along with the highlighted areas, both points to the same link. I would like to work on this issue. Screenshot from 2023-08-20 19-47-51
