Use the github-pages and kramdown gems

This PR modifies the Gemfile to depend on the github-pages gems instead of a set of strict defined gems set to old versions.

It also adds the Gemfile.lock file, so bundler doesn't have to recalculate all gem dependencies each time a person deploys, etc.

Dependencies on the github-pages gems (relying on them to pull in their own dependencies)

Removals
Dependencies on jekyll 0.11.0, liquid 2.2.2, and RedCloth 4.2.9
Testing
Working on my localhost, which was not able to run a jekyll server with the previous Gemfile.
