Updating Github Pages gem and switching to Rouge #80

Starting May 1st, Github will no longer be supporting our syntax highlighter. I updated our syntax highlighter and ran bundle update github-pages to update our dependencies and be ready.

@KimberlyMunoz Though this seemed to work locally, this gives me a page build failure after merging.

Should this be reverted until we figure out the fix? I recommend pushing to your fork's gh-pages branch to help with troubleshooting.

Yeah, go ahead and revert. I'll look at it later today to see what's going on. I also tested locally, so I'll give it a look at my fork's gh-pages branch.
