Show recalculation update indicators on non-mobile screens, and fix undergrad/grad switching

This adds an "Updating..." indicator to the summaries on non-mobile screens. It also fixes a regression in determining undergrad vs grad status.

• Don't show Pell grants or subsidized loans for graduate programs, or gradPlus loans for undergrad programs

  Testing

• Browser tests will still fail. Everything else should pass.
