How to test this PR

Start a new Curriculum Review
Click "Save my work" at the bottom of the page

Hey Norman and Steve,

We're a little concerned about the potential screen reader implications of using emojis. We have a pattern in our Design System that makes use of our SVG icons. Would you mind switching to using those?

Hi @Scotchester, I've updated the PR to use SVG icons for the Saving and Saved buttons in the CR Tool.
