Explore combining Wells, FCM, and Notification patterns

Issue

The Featured Content Modules and Notifications are essentially Wells with slight modifications (layout and image for FCM, color for Notifications).

Recommendation

Bring the three patterns together under the o-well pattern with modifiers - o-well__featured and o-well_notification.

User story

Acceptance criteria

Create a single pattern for the three uses with modifier classes to change the parent well as necessary.

@jimmynotjim @huetingj and Rara have done more thinking on the FCM at this point and notifications have been added to CF. It could be a time to pick this discussion back up and see what makes the most sense with what we know now. What do you think?

We're currently conducting AB testing on the FCM. Will let you know what we find and how we're planning to more forward with the design.
