Develop guidelines and styling for blockquotes

For the Data Visualization guidelines, we created temporary styles for blockquotes that were included within the body copy.

We should define an actual guideline and/or style for this usage on the Design Manual (and Capital Framework, if styles don't exist there).

• Are there other instances of blockquote usage and styling on consumerfinance.gov?
• If so, how do we currently display them?
• How should we display blockquotes? Do we even want to do so?
• Are blockquotes the correct usage for calling out examples, or should we use a different model?

A side but related note: Marteki, on the call yesterday you mentioned that there was some research we had done recently that was relevant here. Can you elaborate?
