Bug: Remove old DM style that is overriding list styling in CF #497

In looking at our Design Manual it appears that our bullet lists are still somewhat indented: https://cfpb.github.io/design-manual/brand-guidelines/typography.html I reached out to @Scotchester and he confirmed that there's an old DM style rule that is presently overriding CF.

The guilty code is: .content ol, .content ul { padding-left: 1.5em; }

Acceptance criteria

[x] Old style is removed
[x] Lists in the Design Manual are no longer indented and visually reflect the approved design

This change has been completed. Bullet list is now rendering correctly in DM (i.e. no indent).
