Bug: Incorrect indentation after repo list class at mobile

Current behavior

H2 heading (e.g. "General principles" heading) has no space above and it is not left aligned
The repo list element is too tall

Expected behavior

H2 heading (e.g. "General principles" heading) should be left aligned and should have the proper vertically spacing
The repo list element should be less tall

Steps to replicate behavior
