FEWD - Update the GH Pages example for the draft subset of icons #561

Discovered that the art board needs to be 20% taller than the font height because at 16px font size the space used is 19px. This correlates to increasing all the art boards to 1200px on the top edge and leaving that extra space as empty whitespace.
