Fix list style type for nested ordered lists

Updates the project to use the latest bugfix from Capital Framework.

Changes

It's unclear if nested lists will be added to the list examples in this project but I figured it's best to stay on top of releases.

[ ] Passes all existing automated tests
[ ] New functions include new tests
[ ] New functions are documented (with a description, list of inputs, and expected output)
[ ] Placeholder code is flagged
[ ] Visually tested in supported browsers and devices
[ ] Project documentation has been updated (including the "Unreleased" section of the CHANGELOG)
