Update for CF v5.0.5 #608

Updates the Design Manual doc site to use the latest from Capital Framework.

Changes

Updates cf-notifications to 2.0.2

Testing

Run ./setup.sh
Run npm start
Open http://localhost:4000/page-components/form-fields.html#state-1 and see that the icons are no longer oversized (cf. the live page)

Updated your OP to be about the Design Manual, not the CF docs ;)

Did you want to update any of the DM examples to include an explanation?

I've left out the explanation example for the time being because @nataliafitzgerald is currently working on a spec for it. The current styles were never documented or approved, but explanations are currently in use on cfgov-refresh so we should continue supporting them as is. When Natalia finishes the spec I plan to update cf-notifications and then updated this project with those examples.
