Describe your issue

• Behavior section needs rewriting: Make clear that at smaller breakpoints, the left-hand navigation disappears, that sibling pages that appear in the left-hand nav are no longer shown in the mobile nav, and that child pages are shown in the "In this section" dropdown. Also, just checking, is 901 px the correct breakpoint for when the nav disappears?

Our page template documentation could use a closer look in general. What info should be in the DS vs. Wagtail? Consider this issue as well as #924 and #931 if/when we take on this work.
