Design System images: Content enhancement - update spec and breakpoint images

Describe your issue Images were pulled directly from the Design Manual into the Design System and could use a review and update. This applies to the pages listed above. For each page, there are two parts:

• Review the page's spec image(s). Is the information accurate or does it need to be updated? Is the image legible/sharp or could its quality be improved?
• Reformat the page's breakpoint images. Right now, breakpoint info is showed in varying design formats and is often hard to comprehend. Create new images using the template/design seen on the Text introductions page.

@jenn-franklin The guidelines for body copy spacing is listed as 15px and the DS image was showing 30px. I think that in this case the contradiction is less helpful than having no image so I went ahead and removed the image from the CFPB Design System page. I did want to add a note here so that we can remember to add a visual when the page is worked on (and so that the change is documented). I wasn't sure how to add a note to the change log.
