Better component handling #13

This update has the generator query GitHub's API to get a list of CF components, rather than using a hardcoded array. It checks for repos in the CFPB org that start with cf-, don't have the word deprecated anywhere in the description, aren't blacklisted (ignore.json) and have a language set by GitHub (meaning they're not a completely empty repo).
