General update to bring dependencies up-to-date and make the yeoman generator work with the latest Yeoman API changes. Also, aligns some tasks to those in cfgov-refresh.

• Updated yeoman output message to automatically switch from grunt to gulp.
• Updated yeoman generator to match latest Yeoman API.
• Updated generated package dependencies.

Testing

• Pull this branch down
• Run npm link
• Change to another empty test folder.
• Run yo cf
• Choose gulp
• Manually clear the folder.
• Re-run yo cf.
• Choose grunt
• Should build both ways.

Notes

• Should be released as version 3.x.

Perhaps make it 3.0.0? There are a lot of major updates in the dependencies, notably node support in Travis from 0.10 to 8 and yeoman from 0.17 to 1.1.
