Clean up demo page #16

The demo page needs some cleanup. For example, there are references to cf-typography and there is a cf-forms section that is showing stuff form cf-core.

:+1: It needs a total revamp. I'm thinking we should rip a couple pages out of cfgov-refresh to use as demo pages for the generator.

Idea: CF + design manual should be merged and the demo that gets installed here should be the design manual.
