9 years ago I originally set it up to use cf-grunt-config but it made it hard to troubleshoot tasks because all the config options were stored and standardized in a separate repo. When I was digging through cfgov-refresh I noticed you guys weren't using it so I figured I'd scrap it as well.
I'm open to using it but I'm not 100% convinced it makes people's lives easier. Once this generator gets a little more stable, let's take another look at using it.

It would be nice if the generator and the component shared cf-grunt-config. This would make understanding the Grunt files easier as there wouldn't be two different workflows.
One potential issue I can think of is that projects will have different folder structures than components, so I'm not actually sure if this is possible but figured it was worth bringing up.
