Configure StatsD endpoint, accepting performance metrics

Gunicorn does do its Instrumentation via StatsD. However, the StatsD to InfluxDB bridge options are pretty slim:

- Also supports writing to Elasticsearch. Interesting.

- Looking for a maintainer. Not a great sign.
