[Graphs] Present more popular graph options higher in menu #1717

Current options are programmatically sorted and presented alphabetically, by category [Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio, Credit Score, ...].

We could manually define the order in which categories are displayed.

From gAnalytics over the past 3 months (page hits):

How have the number of applications changed? (100s)*
How have the number of loans changed? (28)
How have median DTIs changed? (17)

* Applications used heavily in our cypress testing so numbers likely skewed

With the low number of hits shown in gAnalytics, this does not seem like a high priority change. There also isn't enough data to sufficiently inform which graphs should prioritized/highlighted.
