Minor UI cleanup tasks

  • [x] The Save and Back to Summary button icons are currently pointing at each other. Change the Back button to a link and move it out of the well.
  • [x] In the instructions text, change "resubmit" to "revalidate".
  • [x] Clicking on the Save and Continue button when it is disabled takes you to the next edit in the drop-down.

  • [x] Under the IRS Report section, display 'No errors found' message when there are 0 errors.

  • [x] Add column striping to the Loan Type, Property Type, Loan Purpose column groups

  • [x] Add colons to labels under Respondent Info and File Info sections

@vizui added the following as an issue:

Fix typo in file upload error message ("...transmittalSheet at line: 1" should be "...transmittal sheet at Line 1: line...")

But in the context of that error transmittalSheet is spelled correctly since it references a specific key within the HMDA spec. So I'm marking that one as "won't fix" via a strike-through.

Splitting the following issue out to #287 because it appears to be bigger than a minor UI cleanup task:

Under the IRS Report section, display 'No errors found' message when there are 0 errors.
