Remove unused 'similar' from add_idea view #77

The add_idea page style does not currently make use of the similar object that is provided in the context. Since it's expensive (haystack query), let's remove the object (and deactivate its associated test) for now.

Seems fine, just one suggestion: If you want to leave this in but commented-out, maybe add a comment line explaining why it's disabled for now.
