Add more content params to social media macro & set up customized content on /process pages

Additions

• New params in social-media.html macro
• Per-page social media options in _vars-process.html

Testing

• Check out branch and run grunt
• Navigate to process pages and verify that the linkedin, twitter, and email and icons generate customized posts/tweets/messages

• @sonnakim, I copied over the tweet/post/email body text pretty directly, so let me know if any of the content should be arranged differently. Is the --From the CFPB in the email body intended as a signature?

• Update also needs to be made in cfgov-refresh for OAH landing page

@virginiacc I can't test this but it looks good! Yes, I believe the --From the CFPB line is meant to be a signoff, so it should appear after the link, with a couple hard returns—but maybe @mthibos can verify this?

Question - are you planning to do a separate PR once you've verified this is working to incorporate different social media content for the other process pages?
