@virginiacc Looks good! As long as "most mortgages" links to http://www.consumerfinance.gov/askcfpb/2009/Will-I-receive-the-new-Know-Before-You-Owe-disclosures-when-I-shop-for-a-mortgage.html , then I think this can be merged.
