Removing Nudgy guy from OAH

Removals

Removed all files associated with Darth Vader.

Modifications

Run grunt
Open the debugger console in chrome and delete any local storage values.
Visit the OAH pages and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Verify that there are no errors in the console.log.
Verify you don't see a strange pop named code named "nudgy".
