Let's make sure DEBUG is not set TRUE on production's settings.py file. Also is it ok to display CFPB GitHub ID via api in the settings.py?

The CFPB org ID is publicly available to anyone who would query our org name via the GitHub API, so I don't think there's any danger in having it there.

Good reminder to double-check DEBUG in production.
