Pick the correct subterp when creating a link #544

In particular, this fixes the links used in

  1. Slide-down interps
  2. Definition view

Also fixes two JS bugs with loading the interpretations from the definitions pane.

  1. Pass along the view "type"
  2. Don't trigger both a follow interpretation and a follow section event when clicking the interpretation
