CSS for landing page alert message #601

Can you provide a description of why you made this pull request? Did the alert message not have styling before and you're adding new stuff?

Yes - we didn't have CSS for an alert of this type in this part of the page structure. As it will only occur on the landing page, it's in the universal_landing.less file.
