Breakaway view improvements

This makes a few minor adjustments to the breakaway view aka Section by Section analysis:

• Begins to slide open the panel before the Ajax request is resolved (note: this load happens really fast so I didn't implement any sort of loading transition for the text. We may want to add a transition state or a loading spinner if this becomes noticeable)
• Replaces the back caret with a back arrow as designed by @jehlers way back int the day

The first time I grab a new SxS analysis, I get a blank white screen for a few ms which is a little noticeable. It only happens sometimes the first time I grab a new SxS and it isn't consistent, so I'll just file an issue for something later.

Now that I have my Chrome Developer Tools back, I can confirm that's more noticeable on slower connections if we need to replicate this.

Nice catch. It would probably be worth adding a loading indicator.
